This is old news, but last time I checked the Disability Rights Commision‘s (DRC) “Guide to good practice in commissioning accessible websites” was only available by purchasing a £30 download.
Since the end of July it has been downloadable free from:
PAS 78: a guide to good practice in commissioning accessible websites
The Publically Available Specification (PAS) was developed by the British Standards Institution (BSI) to provide guidance on the production of accessible websites. By all accounts, the initial price of £30 was extremely cheap for BSI created product.
