Firefox 2.0 breaks government accesskey standard

Firefox 2.0 has changed the keystroke combination required to invoke accesskeys. While this has avoided previous problems where different keystrokes were overridden by different browsers/systems it now makes any numeric accesskeys unaccessible.

The UK government has recommended the use of numeric keystrokes for some time - a standard this site partially uses - which has now been rendered unusable for Firefox 2.0 users.
