Firefox 2.0 has changed the keystroke combination required to invoke accesskeys. While this has avoided previous problems where different keystrokes were overridden by different browsers/systems it now makes any numeric accesskeys unaccessible.
After a couple of weeks testing I can fully recommend the anti-comment spam Akismet extension for Expression Engine.
